Terms of service

This page is a working structure, not finished legal text. The headings below describe what this application actually does, so the wording can be reviewed against real behaviour rather than written from scratch.

The service

Soutiva converts text you supply into audio. You keep ownership of your scripts and the audio generated from them.

Your account

You are responsible for the credentials on your account and for activity performed with them. Keep API tokens secret.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate a person without their consent, to produce unlawful content, or to circumvent the usage limits of this service or of any system it connects to. Accounts doing so are suspended.

Voices and availability

The voice catalogue is maintained by the operator of this installation. Individual voices may be added, retired or renamed, and your access to a plan's features may change as the catalogue changes.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Character allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Generated audio is removed after your plan's retention window.
